Billing & Lead Credit Policy

How pricing works

There is no setup fee, no monthly fee and no contract. We build your branded page and launch kit free. You pay only for qualified leads that land in your CRM. Your school's first 3 qualified leads are free; after that, pricing is a custom per-lead price agreed with you up front (see the pricing page). If no qualified leads arrive, you pay nothing. You can stop any time.

What counts as a qualified lead

• A real person
• New to your CRM, not already a contact
• A valid email and phone
• Not a duplicate
• Submitted through a referrer's link

What you are not charged for

If a lead fails any of the points above, you do not pay for it:

• Already in your CRM
• Missing or invalid email or phone
• Duplicates
• Not from a referrer's link

Disputing a charge

If you think a charge is wrong, dispute it within 14 days and we credit it. Email kevin@kevelidea.com with the lead's details.

Referrer rewards

The school pays referrer rewards, and only when a referral converts. The school sets the amount. StoryVouch tracks who is owed. Rewards are not a StoryVouch charge and are not covered by lead credits.

Invoicing and payment

Billing dates, payment methods and due dates are set out in your signed order with StoryVouch.

Asking for help

If something looks wrong with a charge, email kevin@kevelidea.com before disputing it with your bank; we can usually fix it faster.
